The following terms and conditions apply to all e-commerce platforms providing pharmacy services, including the sale of over-the-counter or prescription medicines (“POM”), healthy supplements and herbal Products, medical devices, Food products, cosmetic products for common sale and non-medical products including electrical products (“Products”) through website, applications for mobile, or any other software operated by Zone4 Pharma, hereinafter referred to as (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We have included these Terms in order to explain how you (“Users”, “you”, “your”) can access and use Medspero E-Platforms in the United Arab Emirates, to purchase Products and to receive them
(“Services”).
Terms
You agree that these Terms bind you when accessing Zone4Pharma E-Platforms. In case you are not in agreement with any part of the Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using Zone4pharma E-Platforms.
Any changes to these Terms will be posted on Zone4pharma’s E-Platforms as soon as the Company changes them. It is your responsibility to check the Zone4pharma E-Platforms regularly for any amendments to the Terms. By continuing to use Zone4pharma E-Platforms, you agree to these Terms in full.
